Empowering our Tenants

Some of our tenants may not previously have been tenants and may feel anxious and overwhelmed by the experience. The Social Care Housing Trust is experienced in supporting and reaching out to tenants in understanding that their needs are unique, complex and individualized.

Great importance is placed on empowering tenants to take control and make pertinent decisions as tenants.
