We love creating new opportunities for people who want to become tenants. We've seen the difference it makes. We've seen how families become happier and communities become stronger. Providing homes for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs is our inspiration.

The Social Care Housing Trust ‘SCHT’ aims to work in partnership with tenants and commissioners in public , voluntary and private sectors, achieving separation between the ‘Landlord’ and ‘Care Provider’, thus offering a service that is unequivocally independent in its entirety.

For the first time landlords and care providers will be offered a service that promotes uniqueness, transparency and a service that is based upon partnerships between landlord, housing management and care provider within a framework of accountability and governance, we aim to act as the landlords representative or advocate thus offering vulnerable tenants with learning disabilities and mental health needs independence, autonomy and fulfilment.
